This jeweler was looking to create merchandise to promote their business further. The merch had to relate to the brand whose main focus is the sea and sea-life. A blue safari hat was chosen as it would come in handy to many during the hot summer months and had plenty of space to decorate. It was debated whether to keep the original logo or create a custom handwritten typeface for this project. In the end we decided that the variation was a nice touch as ‘Somewhere Blue’ is a small brand and doesn’t need recognition soley through their logo but through their products. As well as the typeface, illustrations were created to represent the jewellery the brand makes.
